  • Visit conifergreens.com , select the plants or products that you want to buy and add the products in your cart. At the time of checkout, add your Full Name, Email id, Contact number and complete address details. Please select your preferred mode of payment and proceed.
  • You can also call us or Whatsapp us on +91-8976118422.  We are available from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Mon – Sat).
  • Or email us with the product details on info@conifergreens.com. Kindly include the Product name and quantity, Your Name, Email Address, Contact Number and Complete address along with pin-code and the preferred Payment Method.
Can I customize the product?

Yes, you can buy customized products as per your choice. For this, kindly email us at info@conifergreens.com or call us at +91-8976118422, and mention preferable colors, sizes, any personalised text or accessories to be added and other details.

Can I change the delivery address?

Kindly email us at info@conifergreens.com or Call us at +91-8976118422 to change your order information. Please note that the order information cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

Once my order is placed, when can I expect to get it delivered?

We assure you of faster delivery across India, and please don’t worry about the plant’s survival. Our Plant’s roots are covered with coco peat and moss that retain the moisture for the plants.

Within Mumbai- 1-3 days

MH, GJ and Metros – 4-7 days

Rest of India- 8-9 days

How much will it cost for shipping?

We charge Rs.99 for shipping all over India. Currently, we are offering free shipping for orders above Rs.299

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, cash on delivery is available.

In case, if the plant I ordered is received in damaged condition, what to do next?

Please take the picture of damaged plant and send the picture to us at +91-8976118422 within 24 hours of reception. After that, we will provide a replacement or refund if it’s valid.
