Sunlight: | Requires Full or Partial shade. It thrives best in bright indirect sunlight. Avoid keeping your Aglaonema pink plant in full sun because, in many cases, the leaves will burn. The plant can also tolerate a low light area, but the colors may not be as deep and growth may be slower. |

Watering: | Aglaonema prefers moist well drained soil during summers and springs but, soggy soil may lead to root rotting. Avoid over-watering especially when the pot does not have drainage hole to avoid root rotting. Water only when the top soil is totally dry. |

Soil: | Grows well in well drained fertile soil rich in organic content. |

Repotting: | Repot the plant once it is outgrown, with some fresh soil mix and fertilizer. At the time of repotting pick a pot that is at least 1-2 inches bigger than your previous pot. Re-potting to be done late evening. Keep the plant in shady area for 2 to 3 days and then move the plant in its suitable climatic condition. |
Bloom Time: | Spring, summer. The flowers are white in color. |
Propagation: | The plant can be propagated using stem cuttings or by dividing the plants during re-potting. Propagation to be done during mid-summer when the temperature is warmest. |
Toxicity: | Toxic to Cats and Pets. Aglaonema pink plants are poisonous due to Calcium Oxalate crystals. If ingested they cause irritation of the mucous membranes, and the juice can cause skin irritation and painful rash. |
Dos and Don’ts:

Clean the leaves of Aglaonema pink plant with a solution of little bit of dishwashing detergent / liquid Sanitizer spray and water. Wipe off the leaves after applying solution. Avoid placing the plant in direct sunlight as it may burn the leaves.

Avoid over-watering especially when the pot does not have drainage holes.

To increase the humidity levels around your plant, mist it frequently, and consider placing it in a humidity-prone area of home, like your kitchen or bathroom.
