Conifer greens ensures quality products to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery.

We do not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do assure you that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in good condition.

Please note that the plant might look slightly dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

In case a wrong or damaged plant is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 3 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

To return your non-plant product, you should mail your product to: Conifer Greens A/10- Gokul Nandanvan Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Opposite McDonald’s, Andheri (East), Mumbai- 400093

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
